Sales Consultant - Oak Framed Buildings
Following exceptionally high levels of interest in our traditional oak framed outbuildings, Rookery Barns is offering the opportunity for a sales consultant to join our small team in providing an integrated and dedicated service supplying bespoke oak framed garden buildings, garages and residential annexes. Advising and working with our discerning clients across Surrey, Hampshire and West Sussex, the position offers excellent earnings potential for the right person
Responsibilities
Undertake pre-booked site appointments with potential clients to discuss requirements, advise on design options, optimum positioning of buildings and local authority planning considerations.
Prepare outline design sketches and cost client quotations
Follow-up quotations and respond to client quotation queries via email and phone
Assist in organising planning documentation and briefs for our planning consultants
Skills and Experience
Background/ experience in the construction industry, ideally in timber framed buildings
Excellent people and communication skills
Knowledge of local authority planning procedures and building design
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
