This building was designed and built by Rookery Barns to accommodate our client''s requirements for a workshop, logstore and secure store for garden maintenance machinery. The building is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty (AONB) and its positioning was important consideration in our design. The emphasis on traditional oak barn-style features and a thoughtful layout resulted in an attractive building that blended in and enhanced its wooded garden setting. This factor no doubt helped us to secure planning approval from local authority Waverley Borough Council.
